Background

Our evolution

Proserv has an extensive brand heritage spanning over 50 years. In 2011, the new Proserv brand was introduced through the amalgamation of 5 separate companies – Proserv Offshore, Proserv Technology, Hydrafit Subsea, Argus Subsea and Gilmore Valve. Each of the companies had a strong track record of proven project delivery, and by bringing these businesses together under one cohesive organisation, we were able to enhance our market presence and extend our global reach and support coverage.

Since the new brand launch in 2011, Proserv has continued to build its capabilities and expertise both organically and through strategic acquisition.

Recent acquisitions have included Weatherford’s Subsea Controls business, Total Instrumentation Controls (TIC), Velocious, KRG Industries and Nautronix.
