FEED and Engineering Studies

Reducing risk and creating value throughout the production lifecycle

Effective front-end engineering and design (FEED) lays the groundwork for well-engineered, on time and on budget projects. FEED comprises a thorough project scope, complete project budget, total cost of ownership, implementation timeline and initial risk assessment.

All these factors combine to help reduce risk and uncertainty during the detailed engineering and commissioning phases and can help create value lasting throughout the production lifecycle.

Our engineering team has a broad mix of controls skills, including subsea and topside expertise, which can support concept development through to FEED for brownfield and greenfield developments, offshore and onshore, from subsea production controls technology to topsides modifications and subsea tiebacks through to offshore platform hubs and offshore wind.

Early engagement is key

Proserv encourages clients to engage at the project concept or pre-FEED stage. By doing so, we can provide a solution from an integrated services team versus multiple contractors helping to eliminate risk and cost inefficiencies from the start.

At Proserv, we will work closely with our clients to assess their needs and then provide tailored, value-added solutions to ensure their safe, timely and affordable delivery. We provide this through a combination of services, equipment, personnel and ingenuity. This skills base is augmented by our wider capabilities across fabrication and operations, enabling solutions that address constructability at outset.

Examples of Proserv’s multi-discipline engineering capability:

Subsea production controls engineering
Hydraulic and power analysis
