Duaa Ibrahim, Project Manager – Asset Intelligence and John Bright, Operations Director, who are based at our Abu Dhabi site in the UAE, have co-authored a new thought leader article for OGV Energy’s latest Asset Integrity title. Duaa and John write about how opportunities are planned, developed and won. For a number of years, John has driven our close relationships with some of the world’s biggest energy companies based in the Arabian Gulf. Meanwhile, Duaa has been instrumental in propelling our new Asset Intelligence offering, an exciting software solution that can deliver a transformative shift in day-to-day operations and maintenance planning. This technology was recently integrated as a core element in a major contract win for the first time. Duaa and John’s story reflects so many of Proserv’s FRESH values around service standards, entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, innovation and creativity.

Earlier this year, the Energy Industries Council featured our new Sampling Service Centre in Malaysia in its monthly Inside Energy title. The centre has been established alongside our authorised representative in the country, SMS, a sand and erosion monitoring, analytics and management expert. It is strategically located at SMS’s facility in Kemaman Supply Base (KSB), Terengganu, Malaysia. With this new Sampling Service Centre, Malaysian clients can now access and procure Proserv’s solutions locally, bringing substantial time savings and significantly alleviating logistical complexities and costs. As the authorised representative of Proserv in Malaysia, SMS also stands as the exclusive, trusted party for servicing and maintaining Proserv’s sampling fleet with its extensive range of rental equipment including sampling cylinders, mini separators and sand injection calibration packages.

With Subsea Tieback 2024 approaching, our unique high integrity pressure protection system (HIPPS), developed alongside Trendsetter Engineering, features as the lead news story in last month’s Inside Energy Magazine, published by the Energy Industries Council. Our collaboration to accelerate first production on Woodside Energy’s Shenzi North extension multiple months ahead of schedule comes under the EIC spotlight.

Our HIPPS can enable an operator to tie a new high pressure well, safely and flexibly, into existing lower pressure infrastructure, effectively addressing varying pressure regimes by supplying a high reliability, localised safety system that will shut in automatically in the event of a pressure spike.
