Gilmore Valve Facility Overview
Proserv’s Gilmore Valve offer over 850 existing valve designs with pressures ranging from 500psi up to 15,000psi or higher. Our 40,000sq ft facility houses a dedicated R&D, test, assembly and repair area to support after-market servicing and support.
A regulator valve automatically cuts off the flow of a liquid or gas at a certain pressure. Proserv’s Gilmore hydraulic regulators are the ideal no-leakage solution for maintaining downstream pressure by supplying or venting fluid. We manufacture hydraulic pressure-reducing regulators for supply pressures ranging from 3,000psi to 20,000psi and regulated pressures ranging from 300psi to 20,000psi.
A check valve limits the flow of liquid to one direction only. Proserv’s Gilmore Valve manufacture check valves and piloted check valves for operating pressures ranging from 100psi to 30,000psi, with the most common supply pressures at 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000psi.
Proserv’s Gilmore relief valves are used to control or limit pressure which can lead to instrument or equipment failure. We manufacture both poppet and hydro-seal type hydraulic relief valves with set pressures ranging from 80psi to 22,500psi, in a variety of stainless steel alloys.
The basic structure of a shuttle valve is similar to a tube with three openings; one on each end, and one in the middle. Our patented shuttle valves feature hydraulic cushioning and spring detented designs. We manufacture both the traditional single square-body and our patented single and stackable Mark III shuttle valves, for working pressures up to 5,000psi.
Proserv’s Gilmore SPM valves are high-pressure, high-flow two-position, three-way directional control valves. SPM is an acronym for Sub-Plate Mounted and these valves are therefore installed in single- and multiple-pocketed blocks or manifolds. We manufacture SPM valves for working pressures up to 10,000psi in piston sizes from 1/2” to 2” with both hydraulic and pneumatic pilot actuation.
Directional Control Valves
Directional control valves are one of the most fundamental parts in hydraulic machinery. They allow fluid flow into different paths from one or more sources. Our unique hydro-seal design can handle high-pressure fluids and complex operation requirements without leakage, at working pressures of 5,000 and 10,000psi.
A solenoid valve is an electromechanical valve for use with liquid or gas. Gilmore offers 24VDC solenoid valves that take advantage of sliding hydro-seals to ensure reliable operation in contaminated fluids and working pressures up to 5,000psi.
