To support the region’s growth, Proserv’s team in Stavanger have relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility based in the highly desirable Forus area of Stavanger known as ‘Solasplitten’.
The new office and workshop is in excess of 6,500 m2 and combines 125 members of staff from two sites providing a large base for the regions project management, marine technology, rental and service functions. Equipped with the latest technology, the new facility also includes an outdoor test area, a pressure test room, an IPS packing area and two workshops (each with a 10 tonne crane).
An Open Day was held at the new building on Friday 21 February which saw over 150 clients attend and witness the facility in full operation.
Henrik Johnson, VP Scandinavia, said: “This is a significant development for the entire Proserv Scandinavian team as it will enable us to become a stronger unit and better align our systems, processes and our entire structure within a modern and spacious building that is tailor made for our needs. It also provides us with greater capacity to develop our engineering and take on more ambitious projects to support the growth of the business.”
