Offshore services
Proserv is a leading provider of quality assured offshore service and technical support personnel for the installation and maintenance of hydraulic, electronic and pneumatic systems. Our offshore teams are fully supported by bases and staff strategically located across the world to provide support for wellhead control panels, work-over systems, chemical injection units, hydraulic power units, umbilicals and more.
Platform & Rig Support
Our team of on-call engineers and technicians can be called upon at short notice if required to support Proserv supplied equipment or other OEM products. Proserv technicians can be embedded into OEMs or other suppliers’ installation and commissioning teams, supplying experienced personnel that the OEM cannot justify carrying on a full time basis.
Onboard Vessel Monitoring & Testing
Proserv undertake umbilical monitoring during offshore transportation and laying operations using wireless instrumentation to facilitate data logging of pressure and electrical resistance. The importance of maintaining the integrity of umbilicals during load out, transportation and deployment is critical to any subsea project. By contracting Proserv to perform this important element, using state of the art monitoring equipment and specialist engineers and technicians, ensures that the job is performed to the highest degree. Upon deployment and final installation Proserv can undertake the final hydraulic flushing and testing operations to facilitate the gaining of final acceptance and assurance.

ONSHORE/ON-SITE SERVICES
At Proserv our service personnel are experienced in the service, repair, recertification and re-calibration of equipment. Clients can be always assured of the highest standards of service regardless of whether the service is carried out at our own workshop facilities or client’s premises.
We specialise in on-site services for the repair and servicing of hydrostatic test equipment, gas boosters and associated ancillary equipment to maximise the availability of client owned test equipment and associated instrumentation. We also perform on-site re-calibrations of gauges, recorders, data loggers.
Proserv has the systems, expertise and capability to manage client owned equipment on the client’s behalf. By taking advantage of this service, we can ensure that client owned equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that certification complies with the client’s or National Standards as appropriate. Proserv has a vast range of experience in the design and installation of hydraulic flushing and HP test systems. We work with our clients to develop safe operating systems for the pressure testing of assemblies and components and provide remotely controlled test systems that will allow hydraulic flushing and testing to be controlled from the safety of a control room.
