Proserv manage, maintain and deliver subsea equipment, covering both new and historical assets, from single spare parts to the most complex assemblies. Proserv offer a complete after-market service for our clients’ assets ranging from planned subsea maintenance programmes through to refurbishment projects, equipment repair and certification.
Proserv can service a wide variety of subsea equipment, from subsea tree systems, IWOCS and BOPs, to reelers and risers, manifolds and valves. Key services provided in-house include welding, heat treatment, NDE inspection, machining, QA and QC and assembly and pressure testing.

The flexibility of our facilities allows us to aid a wide variety of work scopes and liaise with workshops and third party services as required. These include lifting certification, high pressure cleaning, NORM decontamination, specialist preservation and packing, surface finish restoration, SIT, hook up and function testing, repair/modification and hyperbaric testing.
Proserv offers dedicated Preservation and Maintenance (P&M) services to support our client held inventory and manage the operational readiness of equipment.
Our services range from initial strip, clean and inspection through to engineering solutions and build. Using our internal tracking systems, we offer inventory management, preventative maintenance planning, obsolescence and spare parts management services.
We also provide in excess of 36,000sq.ft of internal storage and 50,000sq.ft of external storage at our facilities for clients looking to store equipment on a short or longer-term basis.
